Nordea emphasizes our Nordic ideas and values in all markets. Still, the collaboration between employees and employer is not as mature in our New Economic Markets (NEM) as in the Nordic countries. In order to improve relations, Nordea Union Board met Head of NEM, Thomas Neckmar, President of Nordea Bank Poland, Włodzimierz Kiciński and members of the Polish Works Council in Warsaw. On the agenda were Nordea's successes and challenges, as well as collaboration with unions.
